Time zone meeting planner
Compare a meeting across cities or find shared availability, with local start and end times. Change the inputs to update the chart or diagram.
Your inputs
Results update as you edit.
Calculations run in your browser. Inputs are not saved or sent to analytics.
How it works
- Ending UTC instant = UTC instant +
- Suggested meeting times: Local start ≥ , Local end ≤
- Worked example: On 2026-01-15, a one-hour meeting starting at 09:00 UTC runs from 18:00 to 19:00 in Tokyo. An availability window ending at 18:00 cannot contain that meeting, even though the start touches the boundary.
- 09:00–10:00 UTC → 18:00–19:00 (Asia/Tokyo, UTC+09:00).

Assumptions and limitations
Time zone rules come from your browser and can lag legal changes. Future dates are predictions under those rules. City names and mappings use a reviewed GeoNames subset (CC BY 4.0); no location detection or saving. Dates before 1970 have limited historical reliability.
