Epoxy pour and coating quantity
Plan a rectangular or circular pour, add an allowance and calculate resin and hardener quantities. Drag the graph handles to change inputs and explore the result.
Your inputs
Example values are editable. Use your measurements and product specifications. Results update as you edit.
Calculations run in your browser. Inputs are not saved or sent to analytics.
How it works
- Vrectangle = × × / 10; Vcircle = π × (/2)² × / 10
- Vbatch = V × (1 + /100); mass = Vbatch ×
- A = total × / ( + ); B = total − A

Assumptions and limitations
Use internal dimensions and uniform depth. The allowance covers entered extra material only. Weight ratios require the actual mixed-product density; volume ratios use mL directly. Keep the manufacturer’s ratio basis. Product-specific pour limits, cure time, shrinkage, porous absorption and solid displacement are excluded. 20 × 10 cm at 5 mm plus 10% needs 110 mL.
