Assumptions and limitations
The ratio uses all recipe water, including ice by mass. Choose your own ice share and recipe ratio. This is a quantity planner: it does not predict melting, final temperature, extraction or finished drink yield. Example: 500 g water at 1:16 with 40% ice needs 31.25 g coffee, 300 g hot water and 200 g ice.
