How it works
- Percentage of a value: × ÷ 100; Part as percentage of whole: ÷ × 100; Find the whole from part and percentage: ÷ ( ÷ 100)
- Worked example: 200 × 15 ÷ 100 = 30; 30 ÷ 200 × 100 = 15%; 30 ÷ 0.15 = 200
- Supported input limits: : -1,000,000,000,000 ≤ x ≤ 1,000,000,000,000; : -1,000,000,000,000 ≤ x ≤ 1,000,000,000,000

Assumptions and limitations
Select the operation before entering values: percent of a whole, one value as a percentage of another, or the whole from a known part. A zero divisor has no defined result; negative values retain their mathematical sign.
